Optional features & availability
Start with the core workflow above. These options have additional setup or access requirements.
- Branded domainsNew setup unavailable
- New branded-domain setup is currently unavailable. Use standard LinkForge short links; they keep click tracking and campaign controls. Do not change your DNS records for LinkForge yet.
- Website arrivals & conversion goalsBeta setup
- Website arrivals need ownership verification, installation through your consent settings, and a successful test visit. Contact support for setup help. Premium conversion goals also require event installation. Clicks alone do not verify a conversion or sale.
- Weekly email summariesBeta setup
- Weekly summaries need email delivery setup and a test received in your inbox before you rely on them.
- Signed webhooksBeta setup
- Signed webhooks need a reachable receiver and a successful delivery test before you rely on them. Server encryption must be configured. Zapier and Make use generic HTTP/webhook steps; there is no marketplace app.
- Advertising reportsApproved beta testers
- Meta and Google advertising reports are limited to approved beta testers while provider access is completed. Channel presets work without connecting an account.
Before you choose.
Does completing a campaign stop its links?
No. Completed is an organizational label that moves a campaign out of your Current list. Existing link statuses and schedules keep applying. Completed campaigns and their links still count toward the usual plan allowances. Deactivating and archiving remains a separate action that stops redirects.
What counts toward my allowance?
An active campaign is any campaign that is not archived. Active links include paused links, but exclude deleted or archived links and links in archived campaigns. Archiving releases capacity and stops those links from redirecting, including published URLs and QR codes. Restoring checks your current allowance; both the campaign and link must be active to redirect.
What does a click mean?
A click is a recorded request to a short link. Bots and link previews may be included. Clicks are not unique people, verified destination visits, or proof of revenue.
Can I share my own website links?
Website arrivals need ownership verification, installation through your consent settings, and a successful test visit. Contact support for setup help. In Settings → Website & links, connect your website, verify ownership, and install the tracking script. Campaigns can then generate tagged direct website links. Website arrivals are reported separately from redirect clicks; consent choices and browser blocking affect coverage.
Can my own branded links keep campaign controls?
New branded-domain setup is currently unavailable. Use standard LinkForge short links; they keep click tracking and campaign controls. Do not change your DNS records for LinkForge yet. Existing active branded domains require Premium. Direct website URLs keep their original destination and do not follow LinkForge pause, schedule, or device-routing rules.
How long can I view traffic?
Free includes 30 days of channel comparison; Premium includes 90 days of detailed trends. Detailed click records expire after 90 days. Lifetime click totals remain, but cannot reconstruct expired daily history.
What is a shareable report?
A Premium snapshot report captures your selected campaigns, date range, and optional channel filter. Review the preview before creating it. The snapshot stays fixed and its share link expires after seven days, or sooner if you revoke it. Save the share URL when you create it; it cannot be recovered later. Download CSV or print the report from the creation success screen. Campaign-specific reporting tools are also available inside each campaign.
Are channel presets connected integrations?
No. Presets prepare tracking tags without connecting an account. Meta and Google advertising reports are limited to approved beta testers while provider access is completed. Channel presets work without connecting an account. Settings shows eligible connections.
What happens if I cancel Premium?
Cancellation at period end keeps Premium until that period ends. Existing links continue working on Free. Creating or restoring campaigns and links must fit Free limits, and Premium reporting and controls require Premium access.
Can I take my links with me?
You can export campaign links as CSV on either plan. Premium report exports reflect their selected date range. Exporting data does not automatically transfer hosted short URLs to another service.
Can I buy Premium today?
Paid checkout is available after you create an account. Premium is $19 USD per month and renews until canceled. Review the final total in checkout; manage your subscription in billing settings.
Need help choosing? Contact support.

Canceling at period end keeps Premium until that period ends. Existing links continue working on Free.
Clicks measure requests, including possible automated previews. They do not measure unique people or revenue.
